I didn't come to this work from the outside.

I came from inside the firms you're building.

For over six years, I worked alongside financial advisors at firms managing hundreds of millions in client assets — supporting operations, managing workflows, and living inside the same CRM systems you rely on every day.

And I remember the moment that changed how I thought about all of it.

A client called with a simple question. Answering it wasn't simple.

I checked the CRM. Then my email. Then a note from a prior meeting. Then I messaged a teammate just to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Everything was there — just not in a way that made it easy to trust in the moment.
