Six years of working inside advisory operations — supporting advisors through growth, through compliance pressure, through the daily weight of running a practice — and suddenly I had the one thing I'd never had before.
Time to be honest about what I actually wanted to build.
I knew the work. I'd done it for years — inside firms managing hundreds of millions in assets, quietly fixing what wasn't holding, strengthening what was. I knew what it looked like when a good firm outgrew its systems. I knew the cost of that — to the team, to the clients, to the advisor who had built something real and deserved to see it run the way it was meant to.
And I knew I wanted to protect that. Not just inside one firm. For any firm that needed it.
So I stopped waiting for someone to create the role.
I built it.
Bedee Ops exists because independent advisory firms deserve a steady operational partner — someone who understands their world from the inside, who knows their CRM, their pressures, their growth — and who shows up not to change what they've built, but to make sure it holds.

I've spent over six years inside financial advisory operations — at firms like LPL Financial and Waddell & Reed, supporting advisor teams managing hundreds of millions in client assets. I've worked through compliance audits, CRM overhauls, onboarding breakdowns, and the quiet daily friction that builds up when systems don't quite match the way a team actually works.
I know Redtail. I know Wealthbox. I know what it feels like when a tool is technically set up correctly but operationally misaligned — and I know how to close that gap without rebuilding everything from scratch.
I've also built operational infrastructure from nothing — taking a business carrying twelve years of scattered data and turning it into a structured, CRM-powered operation.
